A microbiologist and accomplished entrepreneur, Mrs. Swapna Ragipani Dasoju holds an M.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA in Marketing, backed by over 12 years of leadership across scientific research, academia, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare innovation.
Recognized as the Best Women Entrepreneur (2022–23) under PMBJP for outstanding performance in Telangana.
She has previously served as Assistant Professor, trained at IICT-Hyderabad on bio-synergy projects, and worked with NATCO Pharma in drug manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
At Aventiq, Swapna drives end-to-end scientific research, product development, validation, and market strategy — ensuring our deep-tech solutions in infection control and sustainable sanitation are rigorously validated, regulatory-compliant, and engineered for scalable, real-world public health impact.
